Hello, my name is Kami Burke and i am starting my own blog about the new chapter in my life. Im moving by myself to a different state. Minnesota. It's weird that my family is not coming with me on this move but i know they will visit. I am becoming (well, im trying) each day to become more like the woman God wants me to be. I have been through life without HIM being my #1 and let me tell you, it sucks. Setting aside time to read my bible, pray, and continuously trust HIM is a major challenge but i am ready for anything to be thrown my way. I honestly am starting this blog to hold myself accountable to becoming more like Christ. I want to be able to write about the amazing things God is doing in my life and to share them with you! In August I will be moving to St. Paul, Minnesota. I will be attending Northwestern College in St. Paul. I will also be playing volleyball. This college is about 6 hours away. Its close enough to where I can come home on the weekends but far enough to where I wont be able to do that every single weekend. My boyfriend attends this college and I know a few people who go here but I will be going here without my family. Very different for me! Ill be in a city I'm not familiar with. God has really shown me lately that I wont be going alone..HE will be there with me every single day. I am excited to start this blog..even though i don't really know how to "blog" ill be sure to try my best. The reason i wanted to start a blog was just to become a better writer and i will be able to let you know whats going on in my life. If you have any tips on becoming a better "blogger" LET ME KNOW! : )
